What You Can Do
Free & Open Licensing
- Express Yourself: Use, print, display, and remix the #DreamAgain logo on any personal, non-profit, or commercial artistic project, including album art, cover videos, apparel, digital content, and murals.
- Tag the Community: Use #DreamAgain across social media and digital platforms to share your journey and connect with fellow creators.
- Sell Your Independent Art: You are permitted to monetize independent, original artistic works (such as original paintings, limited-edition prints, cover songs, or indie films) that feature the #DreamAgain emblem or hashtag.
- Leverage Modern Tools: Use digital software, editing suites, or AI production tools to bring your authentic human vision to life. As long as the story, creative direction, and soul are human-led, your choice of creative tools is fully supported.
What You Cannot Do
Restrictions
To protect the integrity and safety of the movement, the #DreamAgain logomark and brand name may not be used, printed, or distributed in association with:
- Violence & Weapons: Any promotion of firearms, weapons, physical violence, or harm toward others.
- Illicit Substances: Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or hazardous materials.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, bullying, defamation, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or origin.
- Deceptive Corporate Endorsements: Misrepresenting your project as an “official corporate partnership” or claiming sole ownership of the #DreamAgain trademark.
- Automated Content & Pure Machine Output: Mass-generated, unedited AI content created without meaningful human authorship, personal story, or creative effort. The mark belongs to human dreamers, not automated spam bots.
- Mass Merchandising & Apparel: You may not use the #DreamAgain logomark or brand name to produce, sell, or distribute mass-manufactured merchandise or apparel (e.g., retail t-shirts, hats, hoodies) as a primary product line. This restriction is designed to prevent commercial retail and dropshipping operations from exploiting the logo, while still allowing indie artists to sell one-off or limited-edition physical pieces.
- Claiming Exclusive Rights: You may not attempt to trademark, copyright, or otherwise claim exclusive legal or commercial ownership over the #DreamAgain logomark, the #DreamAgain name, or any derivative works that incorporate them. The symbol belongs to the community.
Smart Nation Media, LLC reserves the right to revoke licensing privileges and enforce trademark protection against any individual, group, or entity that violates these core community safety standards.
